Fable is a gathering place created for Brevard—an expression of the Carolinas’ farmers and culinary traditions.

Our days begin with thoughtfully sourced coffee and pastries made in‑house. Our evenings unfold into a chef‑driven supper menu that shifts with the seasons. We’re building a community hub as much as a restaurant, offering small and large plates, Sunday meat‑and‑three, and special events like our monthly Book Club dinner.

We are guided by sustainable sourcing, a dynamic, hyper‑seasonal approach, and a commitment to striving for excellence.
